Who provides Tomatito
Tomatito is provided by PetHubble SARL (“we”), 26 bis chemin de Cornier, 33270 Floirac, France, RCS Bordeaux 995 159 894. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
What Tomatito does
Tomatito helps a household remember the meals it knows, plan its week and write its shopping list. If Tomatito ever offers paid features, they will be sold through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, and the price will be shown before you pay anything.
Your kitchen is yours
The meals, notes, photos and other things you add stay yours. You allow us to store, copy and process them only to run Tomatito for you and the people in your kitchen. Add only photos and text you have the right to share.
Sharing a kitchen
When you invite someone, they can see and change your kitchen’s meals, plan, shopping list and photos. Invite only people you trust. Anyone can leave a kitchen, and anyone in a kitchen can remove someone from it.
Suggestions and food safety
Tomatito’s suggestions (ingredients, seasonal ideas, sorting a list) are made by a computer and can be wrong. Always check allergens, ingredients, cooking temperatures and times yourself. Tomatito doesn’t give medical or dietary advice, and any nutrition figures are estimates.
Using it fairly
Please don’t try to reach other households’ kitchens, get around the limits on suggestions, overload our server, or use Tomatito to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
We work to keep Tomatito running and your kitchen safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses caused by using Tomatito. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Stopping
You can stop using Tomatito at any time. To delete your account, write to us at contact@pethubble.com; a “Delete my account” button is coming to the app. More in the privacy policy.
If you downloaded Tomatito from the App Store
Apple’s standard end user license agreement for apps also applies. Apple isn’t responsible for Tomatito or its support: we are.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its date. For important changes, we’ll tell you in the app before they apply.
Law
These terms follow French law. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protections of your own country’s law. If you disagree with something we did, write to us first: most things are solved that way.
