How can we help?

Which phones does Tomatito work on?
iPhones with iOS 16.4 or later, and Android phones with Android 7 or later. One household can mix both.
Do I need an account?
No. Tomatito starts right away, without a name or an email address. To keep your kitchen when you change or lose your phone, sign in with Apple or Google, in Settings (the gear on Today) under “Your kitchen”.
I have a new phone. How do I get my kitchen back?
Install Tomatito, then tap “Sign in” on the welcome screen and use the same Apple or Google account as before. Your kitchen comes back. If you never signed in, the new phone starts an empty kitchen, so sign in on your old phone before you switch.
How do I share my kitchen with someone?
In Settings, under “Your kitchen”, tap “Invite someone” and send them the code. On their own phone, they install Tomatito and tap “Have an invite code?”, on the welcome screen or in Settings. A code works once, for 7 days, and a kitchen holds up to 8 people.
Everyone in a kitchen sees and changes the same meals, plan and shopping list. Anyone can leave the kitchen, or remove someone, from Settings.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your kitchen is kept on your phone too, so your shopping list works in a store with no signal, and your changes are shared when you’re back online. Tomatito’s suggestions need a connection.
Metric or US units?
Both. Tomatito picks them from your phone’s region, and you can change them in Settings. What you type is always kept as you typed it.
Which languages does it speak?
English and French. Tomatito follows your phone’s language; you can choose another one in Settings.
Where do Tomatito’s suggestions come from?
A few features ask an AI model (OpenAI) for help, through our own server: sorting dictated ingredients into a list, suggesting ingredients for a meal, and “Something new for this season”. Only the words the task needs are sent, never your name. Suggestions are always labeled “Suggested by Tomatito”, so you can tell them apart from what your household knows.
A suggestion can be wrong. Always check allergens and cooking times yourself. More in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete any meal or photo, and the notes you wrote, in the app at any time. To delete your whole account, write to us at contact@pethubble.com and we’ll do it within one month: the privacy policy says what to send us. A “Delete my account” button is coming to the app.
